Refunds

 

I am committed to ensuring the satisfaction of my customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Cancellation of Orders

 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact me immediately at contact if you wish to cancel your order.

 

Damaged Items

 

We take great care in packaging and shipping our fine art and prints to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we offer two options for resolution:

 

 

  1. Replacement: If you receive a damaged item and prefer a replacement, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damage and/or request the return or destruction of damaged items for verification purposes. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that replacement items may take additional time to produce and ship.

 

  1. Refund: As a last resort, If you receive a damaged item and prefer a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damage for verification purposes. Once the damage is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

 

Insurance and Guaranteed Delivery

 

All fine art and prints shipped from www.jmizusawa.com are insured to ensure their safe delivery to your doorstep. We guarantee that your order will be delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and either issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

 

Exclusions

Please note that damages that occur after delivery, such as mishandling or accidents, are not covered under our refund or replacement policy. We recommend handling your fine art and prints with care to prevent any accidental damage.
